The laptop compartment is much smaller than my laptop

The material is solid, The laptop compartment is small for my laptop. I have tried reaching out since it got delivered if there is a way I could do a return and get the 20L? Unfortunately, I can't find a number or email. The bag is just lying down idle !!!

Can’t fasten the roll back, I can’t fasten the strap through the clip which is tiny!
